Class description:
This class will cover the most common sexual issues partners present in therapy, including desire discrepancies, arousal difficulties, orgasm issues, helping partners navigate an open relationship, and healing from infidelity. Students will also increase their awareness of their own biases and assumptions and gain a better understanding of how these influence the clinical setting. In addition, students will explore how betrayal, trust, and aging affect eroticism in sexual partnerships. There will be lots of opportunities to work with real cases.
