In this class we will explore couples’ obstacles, and collaborate on ways to help enliven and redefine their relationships using tools to deepen embodiment, mindfulness, play, and presence.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify obstacles and common narratives that disrupt couples of varying orientations and identities.
- Practice using techniques in embodiment, mindfulness and play for working with couples.
- Collaborate on creating exercises to help partners co-regulate, increase connection and intimacy, and improve sexual compatibility.
