Working with couples is an art. Helping a couple to connect, co-regulate, and explore sexual arousal can be challenging. In this class we will explore couples’ obstacles, and collaborate on ways to help enliven and redefine their relationships using tools to deepen embodiment, mindfulness, play, and presence.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify obstacles and common narratives that disrupt couples of varying orientations and identities.
- Practice using techniques in embodiment, mindfulness and play for working with couples.
- Collaborate on creating exercises to help partners co-regulate, increase connection and intimacy, and improve sexual compatibility.
