The Intimacy Experiment (TIE) is a transformative event where you'll explore the skills we need for intimacy and intimate communication through a series of safe, fun and insightful activities. This event is fully clothed and all activities are optional and negotiable. You will learn about yourself in your intimate connections, and you can use this knowledge and gain skills for more effective approaches to a partner or potential partners.
Join us for a few hours filled with laughter, deeper conversations, and mindful practices designed to gain insight into your relationships with others as well as yourself. This in-person experience will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the beauty of face-to-face intimacy with other human beings. Whether you're single, in a relationship, or just looking to connect with others on a deeper level, this event is for you. Come with an open heart and leave with a renewed sense of connection.
Level 2 focuses on deepening your practice by taking in love and kindness and exploring Level 3 of Intimacy: emotions. It is primarily designed for those who have already completed Level 1. During our time together, you'll explore the concepts of love and emotion, learning how to express your feelings effectively and maintain healthy boundaries. We'll also explore how your identity interacts with others' and engage in activities designed to help you receive small acts of love or kindness more easily and deeply.
NOTE: TIE is not a sexuality workshop. This event is fully clothed and all activities are optional and negotiable. You will learn about yourself, your relationship and communication styles, and you can use this knowledge and gain skills for more effective approaches to a partner or potential partners. All genders and orientations are fully welcome.

Your Instructors
Dr. Caroline Gonzales, (she/her/Dr), affectionately known as “Dr. G”, she is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Certified Holistic Sex Therapist, and graduate of the Sacred Sexuality Instructor Training program through ISEE. In addition to her work as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas, she serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for a mid-sized private practice group. She has presented a myriad of courses and trained hundreds of professionals while creating dynamic workshop experiences for the past 14 years. Dr. G recently led a series of embodiment workshops entitled “Finding Your Inner Goddess Identity,” which incorporates cultural history, embodiment exercises, therapeutic art, and mindfulness activities.
Coach Ben Gonzales (he/him) is an Intimacy and Relationship Coach who is also a graduate of the Sacred Sexuality Instructor Training program through ISEE, as well as a trained Gottman Seven Principles Leader and Gottman Lesson in Love Leader. He has over three decades of experience in course instruction, public and community relations, marketing experience, and event planning. He currently serves as the Director of Business Operations for their private practice.
Both Coach Gonzales and Dr. G are military veterans whose primary mission is to heal the community from trauma, but their passion is educating the public about better relationships, pleasure, and reclaiming trust and intimacy as part of post-traumatic growth.
